When Is a Blogpost Not a Blogpost?
When it's a puzzle.
In an era of digital everything, it's nice to take out a pencil (or for the bold and confident, a pen) and see the graphite leave a trail of your handwriting on something that can't be disappeared with a single mouse click (you'll need a rubber eraser and some elbow grease). Sometimes I simply scribble numbers in Sudoku matrixes, but nothing beats the mental exercise of a challenging crossword puzzle.
I will never be mistaken for Will Shortz, crossword puzzle editor for the New York Times. My clues are ridiculously straightforward, but if you want a brief diversion from whatever you're doing, you may learn a fact or two about the JACR in the process.
